Noble Suggestions
  • Assemble a Caribbean jerk rub using a selection of the spices from the flavor profile table. Apply to shrimp or cut pieces of boneless skinless chicken breast. Skewer meat and grill.
  • Using the 3|2|1 method, sauté ingredients from the flavor profile table to create a Caribbean-inspired stir fry.
  • Concoct a unique Caribbean curry powder to use in soups, rubs and marinades. Essential ingredients include: turmeric, cumin seed, coriander seed, dry mustard, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, dried thyme. Curry powder is traditionally made by toasting all ingredients in a skillet on low heat until fragrant. Once spices have cooled, grind to a fine powder.
