The Gift that Keeps on Giving

Well would you look at that.  December 3rd and my Italian parsley is still growing {like gangbusters} out of the frosty ground. Fresh parsley is a staple in my kitchen. It is a subtle way to enhance nearly anything savory. Easily find this tall, green and handsome guy at your local produce section OR grow it in your garden next year. Its the gift that keeps on giving.
